She didn’t even know I have a booking with them. The time I went into the place she was so clueless about my booking and asked me to cancel the booking. The environment is so not welcoming. And the hair cut was really terrible I cried on my way back home. Even the length of the the hair on each side are uneven. She didn’t know what she was doing. And she blamed it on my hair like my hair is so thin. I only went there bc the place I used to go was fully booked. Never going there again.

Attention to detail on hair was amazing, you can tell she is really experienced in her treatments. I am so over the moon with the beautiful results and will go back again. Yasmine really knows what she’s doing when it comes to highlights especially, looks incredible!
