booked for classic lash extensions since it’s the only lash menu. i read the description to make sure it’s individual lashes. i was told that i booked for cluster and if i want individual lashes, they charge extra £10. the lash tech asked if i want a natural look and didn’t ask about the length or design. she asked me to take off my contact lenses, didn’t have a case or solution so ended up putting them in water, they should notify of it. glue is all over the lashes, hard & itchy. never go back
