I chose this salon by positive reviews but left disappointed. The trim was a disaster. Kulwinder didn't show me the back of my hair after the trim, so I have no idea if it was even. She forgot to trim the front framing layers, so I had to request it (wish I didn't). She cut them in a straight line without blending, which looked awful. The other hairdresser noticed it didn’t look right. Kulwinder didn’t ask how I wanted my hair blow-dried, use heat protection, or apply serum, leaving my hair dry

I got my hair toned and the recommendation the stylist gave me was pretty spot on which I was really pleased with. Only 4 stars is because it would have been nicer if the stylist washed my hair harder, longer and rinsed throughly. Apart from that, excellent overall.
