You'll feel like you're on cloud nine in their calming treatment rooms, where you can choose from a range of massage styles to suit your needs.

The team have years of experience behind them and multiple qualifications, including from the International Massage Academy, so you know you're in safe hands. Deep tissue, Hawaiian and Swedish are just a few of the techniques you can choose from.

Omega Holistic Team can be found a 15-minute walk from Brighton train station and it has parking and bus stops nearby too. It is not wheelchair accessible.
