I had been fighting a headache for 4 days, made the appointment that morning and went in for a 45 minute massage. Spoke with Kristian about my headache, he asked a few questions about my day to day activities (work, hobbies, sports) and then worked on my head neck and back. The massage was intense, and when finished my headache was gone (and has stayed gone, its now 3 days later). After the session he gave me some basic exercises to do.
Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back.

I had a great deep tissue massage with Kristin, really good level of pressure.
He was very welcoming & clearly passionate about what he does.
