We booked for 'gel polish' but we clearly received 'shellac polish'. Very misleading. The name of the salon is not present outside the store, they didn't ask for our names and they asked if we booked for 'shellac' polish. She was friendly and swift, but she was talking with her colleagues in her own language all the way through. I am disappointed as my friend and I work with our hands all day and the polish started to chip and crack after 1 day. I am not thrilled with the experience.
