The beautician did my eyelashes beautifully. However, I felt uncomfortable whilst having my treatment because it turned out that I needed a full new set of lashes rather than infills, something I did not realise. However, I was made to feel bad that that was the case and that, because of this, other clients appointments would have to be moved or changed. I didn’t think it was very professional as it was not my intention to hold everyone up, I simple did not know I need a full set lashes.

The staff were friendly and chatty but the shellac has already peeled off a nail in under 24 hrs. I had to file edges of most nails as they had rough edges. I then had a hair appt where I showed a photo of someone with long curtain bangs and I left with a short full fringe above my eyebrows that is uneven. When they styled my hair they didn’t do what I asked for either - had to redo when I got home. The staff were nice but distracted by each other and family/friends visiting the salon.
