I was phoned beforehand to move my appointment earlier so the therapist could go home earlier. She didn’t wear a mask. I was taken to a room downstairs that was unclean. The wax itself did not remove enough hair, was incredibly painful and she described my skin as ‘loose’ which made me feel very uncomfortable. Wouldn’t recommend.
