Customer service wasn’t as good as other salon experience, little explanation and therapists switched at the end which is hard to tell when your eyes are closed! Lash tint was good though not as much coverage on bottom lashes as usual

I had the gel nail extensions and I like the shape and length. The finish could be a bit better as there are some small gaps where it was a bit rushed. The salon is quite small and can feel cramped but I only saw the section for nails when you come in so might be more spacious in other areas.
