This place is a hidden gem in Clifton village; every treatment I’ve had with OmGlamour has been good; including another amazing pedicure today that was 5/5 😊 - thanks ladies! On another note, similar to another person who reviewed I think, the Treatwell App was glitching when I booked and nearly messed up my appointment. I may consider booking on the salons website directly in future to avoid issues.

Everything was good apart from the booking system, which could have been disastrous - I had a 10am appt which turned out to be triple booked. The member of staff handled it exceptionally well under considerable pressure but it clearly added stress to everyone in a very small space. I then got home and afterwards got a further email with an earlier booking time than the email itself and then a later one! Both after i had already had my appointment. Keera should be commended for staying so cool
