Booked a brow wax at OMGlamour via Treatwell for 5:55 PM. I arrived early, but was told I was late and refused service. My phone showed 5:54, and my confirmation clearly stated 5:55. The staff insisted it was booked for 5:50 and told me to go, refusing service over a few minutes with conflicting information is unacceptable. I won’t be returning.

A cute salon. Staff were nice. Treatment room for facial would be better if private as tricky to fully relax with people coming in and out.
