The staff were friendly and competent but I waited quite a long time between having the manicure preparation and actually getting my nails painted by a separate technician. I was a bit surprised they didn’t use a base coat before the polish but overall the nails look great.

Overall it was okay but I felt some burning while my nail were being filed and during the drying of the semi-permanent polish. I did not find the pedicure area very clean but the sitting were comfortable. The lady doing my nails was nice but on the day a bit distracted by a lost parcel and her phone.
