I booked in for a luxury facial and saved £60 for this treat. The treatment room was next to the salon and the door to the salon was left open the whole time so I was just lying there in front of other customers and noise. The main bright light was on and no music, with the door open, so it felt very clinical and not relaxing. Facialist had never heard of roaccutane for acne so didn’t understand my skins needs and I aggressively broke out for 3 weeks following the treatment :(
