We called to say we were running late while looking for parking and were told there was a 15-minute grace period, otherwise the appointment would be cancelled. I was only 10 minutes late, but on arrival the greeting felt quite cold and they seemed keen to deter the appointment. Once seated, the service was good and my nails look great. However, the welcome made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome
