Got tint remover in my eye, my time an hour and half before the qppoint, then had to wait an additional 35 mins as lady before me was more influential though she was 30min late, better results when Ella was there, all staff did was gossip whole time

Kim did a great job but not sure this is classed as a classic facial when machines are involved. Room is cool and dark but too close to kitchen so I would avoid lunchtime appointment again. Would return as the finish was worth it.
