I was booked for a luxury manicure and pedicure. The atmosphere was not very relaxing, and the beautician kept checking her phone. Once the pedicure was done, they seem to have forgotten that I also paid to have a manicure done, and I only after I've asked, they said "oh so you want it". Nothing against the pedicure, but a manicure was just having my nails painted in 5 mins (with cuticles left, etc.) and being guided to leave even before the varnish fully dried. Won't be coming back.

OMGlamour is so wonderful - I am really pleased I have found it as I know I will be going back many many times! The team are so lovely and welcoming - Kim and Alyssa are fab.
