I have previously been here for a spray tan and really loved it so came back but this time I got home and turned green! When asking for a refund I was told this wouldn’t be possible as it is done through treatwell however treatwell say this is the salons responsibility. Still haven’t received a refund. Although the salon was clean and Kim was lovely I am very disappointed with the outcome.
