I had nail extensions and Ella put them on swiftly and beautifully. Made me feel really welcomed and made sure i got what i wanted, super friendly staff and gorgeous nails as a result. Would highly recommend

I’m spending a few weeks in Bristol from New Zealand.
From the outside the shop looked elegant and clean.
I walked in and was greeted with a smile and offered an appointment straight away.
Asked about allergies etc
Downs stairs I met my therapist in a quaint and super clean room.
My therapist put me at ease straight away and then I had a great wax which made my eyebrows look grea
Something special about having a treatment in a building 100s years old.
Would highly recommend to everyone.
