Had a lovely full body massage by Kim, it will be even better once the room has been sound proofed but it didn't detract from the experience.

The location was fantastic and the staff were lovely - I would certainly recommend going in for nails which are in the top area of the salon which is decorated beautifully.
However, the massage area was in a damp basement with a curtain around a massage table in a walkway. The floor was sticky and smelt unclean and the masseuse spoke during most of the massage, asking questions and not allowing you to relax. It was advertised as a full body relaxing massage, but the masseuse worked solely on the back and shoulders with no questions around pressure or preferred areas of work. Loud and dramatic classical music played in the background which was not at all relaxing. It was overall a little bizarre and I wouldn’t recommend!
We were also told that we should have paid £25, not £30, and that we’d be given a refund of £5 - but then since the masseuse went over her allotted time (something we did not ask for, nor did we want, as we had a booking elsewhere) we would not get the refund. Another bizarre scenario.
Very nice people but I wouldn’t go back for a massage.
