My first visit was really good. I talked about the main points i wanted focused on and Craig was very attentive in listening to my story, also the massge itself was exactly on the spots that were the reason behind my visit. Afterwards Craig was able to advise me on daily practices that will help healing my problem areas as well as offering advise on further sessions.

Deep Tissue Massage is not always gentle, but Greg was very good at asking the right questions beforehand, explaining what he was doing and then advising me on what the problem areas were. He communicated well throughout the treatment which was reassuring!
