It has helped a lot! Nicky is amazing and after a couple of sessions I feel brand new again. I suffer of pretty bad back and shoulder aches as I am a waitress and spend several hours standing and carrying trays. She found the problem very easily and gave me the right massage to treat it, I could feel she was fixing it even during the massage. Thanks!

Had a 60 minute sports massage with Nicky after being in significant pain in my neck and shoulder and a friend recommended her. She managed to find exactly where my issues were and expertly got the knots out. I feel so much better and am returning soon - for maintenance purposes!!!
