I had an appointment with Dr Athira for an Ayurvedic full body massage, and I couldn’t recommend it more, and plan on booking it for my family. She helped with me with neck pain I was having and knew exactly what pressure points to work - I’ve never felt better or more revitalised after a massage - 10/10 would come back!

Had a myofascial massage with Patrick today and it was amazing!
He was incredibly attentive, checking in throughout to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed. His technique was excellent, and I left feeling noticeably better. Highly recommend if you're looking for someone professional, skilled, and genuinely caring.

Excellent very Professional. He gave his all when he was treating me. Very Focused. I am 87 years old and the pain in my shoulder was excruciating which has prevented me from going about my daily routine which also made me very depressed. At night I was not able to sleep because of the pain and discomfort. After i started the treatments I am now able to function normally and my sleep has improved. I will continue to do the excerises which have also helped my mobility. Thank you Patrick .
