Overall good, but the towel put out on the bed wasn’t a fresh towel after the last client, and the therapist didn’t throw away the wooden sticks after each use. Given the spotlight on cleanliness and hygiene at the moment, could have been a bit better.

I went to On the Lane for waxing. They were running late and it felt as it the treatment was rushed. When I was asked to check if it was OK, lots of hairs had been missed. The therapist seemed a bit annoyed when I asked for those bits to be redone. I left still not happy with the treatment. I was also asked to pay again despite having paid in advance on Treatwell. They disputed this with me until I showed them my email confirming payment. All in all it was not a very pleasant experience.
