I arrived on time but the lady hadn't checked the bookings until then so she asked me to come back in 20minutes. I wasn't impressed, also considering she wasn't busy and the other lady was finishing the blow dry with one client.
I came back and l was asked how l wanted my haircut. I explained my preference of keeping the length but having my hair layered, but she said she couldn't do both, so she only layered the front. Even then, l wish she would have layered more than what she did, even if it was going to be just on the front...I was confused so l gave in to her suggestions, but l now regret it because l had the impression l didn't receive a proper service. In the past l always had my hair layered and l often kept the same length or l had it shortened only a bit. I also find it very strange that she didn't ask me how l wanted my hair to be blown dry...and she straighten my hair straight away. I never have them that way but at that point l just didn't care anymore...I went there for a haircut and l felt as if l went there to have a fringe trimmed! I can't complain about the hairdresser skills because l haven't really experienced it, but l just wish she would have put more effort in general. Now my hair looks as just the same before l walked in there and have to find another place where to cut it.
