The staff were very friendly and listened carefully to what I wanted. They immediately made me feel comfortable, and also gave some good advice about how to look after my hair and achieve the look I wanted at home. Would go back!

It was a pleasant visit. She listened to how I wanted it cut. Had a nice chat and I felt very pampered while having a coffee. Will definitely go again.

Really friendly lady who did my hair. Told me about the history of the salon - one of the oldest in Hampstead! They should make more of a feature of this. The inside wasn't messy, but it wasn't particularly relaxing. Couldn't argue with the price though - £19! Excellent value.
