Such a great deep tissue massage! I came in with very tense shoulders and knots. I left feeling much better and at ease. Ryan was very nice and gave me some exercises and stretches to do between my next massage. Overall it was a very nice experience and definitely would recommend this place.

Alesia was very knowledgable and helpful, she asked a range of questions to work out what has caused my back pain. She used a range of methods to really combat the area and provided me with advice and stretches afterwards
