Rebecca was precise with her assessment of my shoulder and back pains. I initially thought that my stiffness is mild although quite bothersome. Rebecca managed to pinpoint some areas which had some really tough and seemingly stubborn stiffness. She provided helpful suggestions after my treatment. I waited a few more days before writing my review so I can fully assess the benefit of the massage and I can say that I feel so much better than I did when I had massages that were not thorough enough.

Great initial assessment - was very thorough with analysis of what may be causing injuries and gave me some follow up exercises and bands for areas that need strengthening. Bonus soft tissue massage too. Thank you for your help!

I visited because of a couple of concerns regarding osteo arthritis and related discomfort and mobility problems.
I was given a thorough exam which was reassuring as I found that things were not as complicated as I thought and the advice I was given about care was really helpful.
Kurt is pleasant and knowledgeable, I would recommend to others.
The clinic is clean, modern and has good transport links, I think that the cost is reasonable considering this is central London..
