Cindy was so welcoming and helped me completely relax. The room smelt gorgeous and the music was perfect, simple and appropriate. The bed and room were clean and just as you would expect.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I turned up to my appointment to find the door locked and a sign on the door asking me to call a number. I called several times with no response. There was also another client waiting. We both waited around twenty minutes before leaving. Even if the salon was open - my appointment may have been double booked so I would of had to wait a while!
In all I wasted an hour and twenty minutes travelling to and waiting for my non-existent appointment. Appalling service!
