The massage was ok, we discussed at the beginning of the session particular places of focus however I still expected a full body massage with a slight emphasis in my problem. However the whole session consisted of work just on my shoulders which was not what I expected. Also, the masseuse at no point inquired if the pressure she was using was right or not. I would have preferred more pressure as the massage didn't feel very deep tissue unfortunately.
I will give them another try and hope this was just a one thing issue, hopefully they can take my feedback as guidance.

Booked a Swedish Massage to alleviate my back pain, One Earth did a great job at loosening all those muscle knots in my back and legs and I felt a lot better after the treatment.
