They forgot to update their availability slot on treatwell and called me 1.5 hours before the appointment to tell me that they are double booked and I will have to come some other time. The lady was very apologetic on the phone, but that does not make them nice or make up for the fact that it was their lack of responsibility which caused it and waiting until the last minute to call was no help either. I had made the appointment for anniversary celebration getaway and their last minute cancellation did manage to spoil my mood for a while.

I have been back a few times now, Cecelia is so warm and friendly, such a lovely therapist. The room ambience is good and relaxing. Cecelia's massage skills are brilliant, she really knows what she is doing. i really recommend as this is also a very good price.
