The whole experience was rather pleasant.

Great Massage and really hit the spot. The masseuse was friendly, asked questions beforehand to determine the source of pain and worked accordingly. Medium pressure, but got my knee pain to go away, so was targeted work.
It seems the phone was not working that day, so worth advising customers or confirming booking by email. Also music in the room would help to avoid hearing (minor) noise from the gym/outside

Great location. I came here with my mum and we were made to feel comfortable straight away. The massages did wonders. Very professional and relaxed atmosphere, plus great value for money! Would definitely recommend One Earth to anyone around Lewisham in need of a massage.
