Despite a bit of a mix up with timings etc the staff were really friendly and welcoming and my massage from Pat was amazing one of the best I've had, she really found all the knots even where I hadn't noticed them! I even got an extra 15 minutes because they were running a bit late which was really appreciated.

I would describe my experience as average. The treatment room was clean and tidy and the masseuse pleasant. Although, the initial insistence for conversation totally unnecessary. As someone who has a lot of massages, this was disappointing and I probably wouldn't revisit - one of the few times I didn't tip!
