Very friendly staff. I'd not had an Indian Head Massage before and it was a bit different to what I expected.

The staff here are really friendly and did a good job on my nails. The only downside I'd say is that my nails started chipping after a week but maybe that's the brand for the colour I chose. I didn't recognise it.
No comment on the waxing service as it didn't happen. Staff at the leisure center weren't especially helpful however the beauty room member of staff was friendly and apologetic for the mix up. Equally I was quickly contacted next day by the beauty rooms to offer their apologies and refund via treatwell. However, it is treatwell who have created the issue through the failure of their booking system and I have not heard anything from treatwell. Be aware if booking the One Earth Beauty Rooms to contact book and pay them directly.
Amazing 30 minute deep tissue massage, really focused on problem areas.. wish I had booked for longer! recommend to all!
