I was so excited to have my full head highlights done for my holiday but it all went wrong! It looked good after Moji has finished as it did not show all the light colour (it was lighltly blow dried), I even gave her a tip for what I thought was a great work but when I got home - OH MY GOSH! I CRIED!!!! I had a big shock of my life! It was blond and had different colours - it looked so messy, colours were so inconsistent! Copper streaks on top and blonde at the bottom. The colour change was so drastic! So unprofesionally done. I showed her a picture of how what I wanted. Also, durig the process, she rinsed the bottom hair at the back, then she noticed the rest of my hair was still dark so she mixed (to what I thought was more colours) but I DID NOT know shs was mixing bleach! And she did not tell me in the process what she was doing and puttinc in my hair. I did not want bleach in my hair as I know it would damage my weak hair. She told me afterwards that she used bleach! Otcwas TOO LATE to say no! Then she mixed another chemicals and put in my hair, I then asked what it was and she said “toner”. I did not know what it was for as she did not say. She could not speak English very well. Then she combed my hair, it looked dark as it was wet. She half blow dried it and it looked ok as tje light colour did not show very well then. But when I got home, I got si upset, I could not go back to report it to the Hairdressee as I leave an hour away and was packing up for my holiday for next day’s departure. I get SO UPSET everyday when I look at my hair in the mirror, it looks so messed up and unprofessionally done. I would cry to my husband, he keeps telling me to complain and get my miney back as I paid a lot of money for it. I am still on holiday and not having a great time as I could not let my hair down, I always have it up in an bun to hide the colour. Not a great experience at all, it was a nightmare for me. I don’t recommend Moji for hair. olour and highlights. Even my facial hair was not done well, she left patches of hair on the side of my face. I don’t recommend her at all. Dven my haircut, ai told her I wanted a U shape but when I got home and checked in the mirror, it was a straight cut! I don’t recommend her at all. I demand deep conditioning treatment for my bleach-treated hair! I do not wish to keep this colour. Would Gold Hair compensate me for this?!

The ambient was not what I expected at all - looks better in the picture. There was not a lot of consultation, the facilities are not the best. I asked for a more moderate cut compared to what i had in mind but I have to say the results was not disappointed. Overall I feel like I got what i paid for.
