I’m so disappointed with my wash, cut and blow dry and would question my stylist’s training as she did all the big ‘no’s - twisting wet hair, using oil on the roots of my fine hair, constantly tugging at my hair and getting it in knots when blow drying, having the hairdryer heat too high. If you do go to this salon please get a dry cut. I’m only giving it 2* instead of 1* because the right amount was cut off. Although I’m hesitant about getting home and seeing if the cut is even. Very frustrated.

Hair cut was very quick and cheap, but hairdresser didn't seem to understand me very well, and a bit uncomfortable with no music or background noise

Rachel has a wonderful salon. Everyone is really friendly and professional, and the location is extremely convenient. My hair has never looked better after a blow dry and I highly recommend Gold Hair & Beauty.
