I booked a hair wash and blow dry and eyebrow threading - I wasn't actually given a choice of eyebrow so chose chin threading and changed it when I got there. My hair /blow dry was a nightmare - sat in a dining room chair (even though proper chair available) the lady didn't know how to deal with choppy haircut, blamed the hair cut and created what can only be described as a bouffant which I then had to fix at work after. She was however good at eyebrow threading

Sara was amazing. she was doing really well until the end when she cut my hair too short falling on one side . my bob now doesn't look as great as it should have. also asking me if I wanted a blow dry when clearly I had paid for a wash cut blow dry? I don't expect to walk out with wet hair! and then telling me to write a review which of course I would have done regardless. overall ok. but really could have been better !
