It smelled very strange and was not super clean. The customer service was close to non-existing. I had booked an appointment with Manosh but she was not there so Rosa did my hair. It only took her about 25 minutes to cut my long hair but thankfully it ended up looking alright. It was cheap but I will not be going back.

I have rated this low because I was very upset with my colour and cut. The colour rather than being blonde was orange/yellow even though a toner was apparently used. The layers do not blend at all, they are in chunks. I need to have my hair recolored and cut elsewhere. I looked at the reviews which were quite high at this location, so I was really disappointed and upset with how my hair turned out.

Good blow dry, wanted to fit it in before getting a train from Paddington for a weekend away, Only 5 minutes walk from station which is why I picked it.

otherwise I thought she did a good job on the haircut. She was lovely to speak to but when I asked her to smooth out a piece of my hair (I have curly hair and she did a quick blow dry to check the length) she said she was going go charge me extra, which I thought was a little absurd
