Asked to keep the same style but just shorten it up - does whatever he want with the hair. Had to fix unfinished work by myself. Stylist refuses to do what you are asking. Not going here ever

Very poor experience. Would not go back.
The hairdresser couldn’t brush my hair after it was washed, I had to use my own hairbrush and brush it out myself.
She cut a huge step into the front of my hair beside my face. The cut was very bad. No apology was made.
