This trip to the salon pretty much ruined my hair, which I've spent years growing and take excellent care of. I've had to tidy up the haircut myself at home and buy hair dye to fix the dreadful tie-dye highlights. I would have asked them to fix it but feared they'd only make matters worse. TL;DR, you get what you pay for.
