I felt the colour didn't come out as it should/could have done as the staff was rushed and were more concerned about finishing quickly than ensuring a good colour.

Really enjoyed my experience with the salon. I had a wash, cut and blow dry and I was really pleased .
Nice staff as well.
I would definitely recommend the salon .
Staff were nice and friendly but I had to wait for half an hour to be seen. At the end she tried to charge me more without really explaining why but then said she wouldn't because I had to wait for so long.
I had a Brazilian blow dry by Rose! She was nice and friendly (as all the staff there were)! She took care of my hair and made sure that the treatment got into every bit of my hair! After three days I washed my hair and IT FEELS AMAZING!!!! I've just bleached my hair and it was super dry and coarse before the treatment and after... Felt like my hair was reborn! I was a bit worried going in because I read reviews in some other salons that it doesn't have any effect, but this salon definitely knows what they're doing!!!!!! It was worth it!
Also while I was there other customers kept expressing how excellent their haircuts was and will definitely come back! I'm going to join that group of customers and will definitely be back to this salon!!! thank you so much Rose for saving my hair :)))))
Had a colour, cut and finish done by Mahnoosh. She paid attention to every detail, taking her time to ensure everything is right, unlike some hairdressers that rush. She helped me pick out a colour that not only looks really nice for my skin tone, it'll also last longer so I won't need to dye my hair so often.
Best of all I must mention the blow dry, she offered to blow dry curly, and is the first hairdresser I had that didn't burn my scalp with the dryer! Plus the curls were loose tousled curls so it looked really good. It's worth mentioning that its a small salon so I nearly walked passed it, but otherwise would recommend and would go back when I'm due a trim.
