most unprofessional lot of people ever - i dont understand how they even run a business. when you raise an issue on the phone they hang up on you and that manager is never avalable and the only decision maker. i wish this place would not even be an option on treatwell. it has been my only bad experience on treatwell, but i lost my entire 25 quid.

I went for haircut at 1 pm on Saturday, i had booked with Amir as i read he was good! I got there and early and waited 5 mins the woman Called Manoush then told me Amir was off and she was going to do it, she said she was the owner and was just as good as Amir. I watched another girl getting her hair done by another woman as this went on , well i can only say this poor girls hair looked like a birds nest and she was about to cry, i should have turned and ran then!!
I told the lady i want half inch off and layers at the sides. she cut way more than half inch off and it feels really thin and bitty the layers are only half done and one side the layers are half inch longer, i will have to have another haircut again which is not ideal as i'm trying to grow it!
she then asked how i would like it dried and would i like mousse in my hair, i said NO i would like some protector sprayed in! she then waited till i looked down at my phone and put mousse in it which by he way looked like it was from the pound shop! i said no i want protector which was only a Revlon product anyway, she proceeded to blow dry my hair into ringlets when i clearly said i want it blow dried straight the blow dry took ages and was not great!
she then said to me she was sorry Amir wasn't there and would charge me £35 not £40. so me feeling bad and not having checked haircut gave her a tip! i then looked down and she had HAD charged me £40!!
I would normally have said something but the salon was so grubby and claustrophobic i could not wait to get out out of there.
They are untrained and untrustworthy and the products are the cheapest you can buy, in fact i wet to a Top Cuts barbers once and their haircut and blowdry was much better and only £25!!
This hair salon is way too expensive for the caliber of the hairdressing and the venue and i would NEVER EVER go back there , even for Amir!!
