Sara was amazing. she was doing really well until the end when she cut my hair too short falling on one side . my bob now doesn't look as great as it should have. also asking me if I wanted a blow dry when clearly I had paid for a wash cut blow dry? I don't expect to walk out with wet hair! and then telling me to write a review which of course I would have done regardless. overall ok. but really could have been better !

I love this place so much, they always listen, give advice and I walk away with amazing hair. I moved further away and tried another hairdresser but it's wasn't as good. I'll keep traveling to Gold for my cut and colour.
