The staff were lovely but for the price and pictures online, I expected the salon to be quite luxurious, when in fact it is a very cheap and cheerful place, with modest furnishings, and cheap products. I didn't get exactly what I asked for and I suspect that was due to lack of experience on the hairdressers' part.
I probably wouldn't go back again but I really liked the staff.

I wasn't really greeted properly or offered a drink, had to ask for one 20 mins in. Didn't make any conversation and looked quite bored, until after my hair was washed. The hair colour was good but hasn't lasted very long, the cut was a bit of a shock as way more was taken off than I asked for, but it does feel healthier. I was charged extra at the end for toner which I wasn't told about, and told I had a discount for the toner, but there's not much satisfaction in hearing you have a discount for something you weren't informed you had to pay for. I think the people are nice but more effort needs to be put in to make people comfortable. My eyebrow threading was great, the man was lovely, if it were closer to home I'd go just for that.

The lady was really nice and did an amazing job. The venue wasn't as shown in the photo at all so I was a bit surprised. It was a no frills experience. But I would go again for a blow dry.
