Sara took the time to listen to me about what I wanted and reassured me with my highlighting treatment. I was quite anxious it might go wrong and probably a little distrustful as it was so cheap and in the past when I've had cheap highlights they have turned out very wrong. However, she understood and was frank with me about what would happen if I chose what colours. I would recommend going here.

It wasn't really clean, the brushes, the floor, the shelves. The products they are using are really low quality. They use Boots mousse for example. Overall I was happy with the cute as I ask for something really simple. The staff seems nice too but I wouldn't go again. It's too expensive concidering the products that they are using.

Staff is not that friendly and welcoming. She didnt listen to what i want and just continue to do what she thinks look good to her, very unproffesional as you should listen to your customer's desires not yours. The most painful haircut i've ever had as she wasnt that welcoming.
