Shabby with a tattoo parlour above it. Generic hair products that were quite drying. I got a decent blow dry.
Blow Dry
I had color, cut & blowdry package, I am happy with the cut and the blowdry but the color didn't come out as I wanted although I had shown the staff the specific color but it came out completely a different. Nevertheless the offer was very good value and the staff put in a lot of effort.

nice enough staff, but it was too small and cramped to be kept waiting 20mins in a hot room while other people's hair were being blow dried. Maybe consider a small waiting area.
Rose was friendly and approachable but I'm not convinced by her expertise. Ive had the same treatment elsewhere for cheaper and had much better results. It didn't help that the treatment room could have been a lot cleaner.
The business has potential but I think a lot of improvements are required.
Staff were really friendly and nice. My hair took a while to do but i'm very happy with the results.

Haircut OK, not the best I ever had, not the worst either...
I feel like it is misadvertised. The place wasn't at all what I expected it to be.
