Dreadful on every level. Only saving grace is that the staff is nice. I would be happy to pay more to go somewhere else and receive a proper "beauty parkour" standard treatment.

I travel to England quite often, and was referred to Gold Hair and Beauty salon by my niece who has been living in London for the past 8 years. I tried threading for the first time at this place and it was wonderful. And I love the haircuts and the stylists so much, that I make a point to come here whenever I am in London. I get compliments on my haircut and color when I come back to United States. Staffs are professional and friendly. And I totally recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quality and affordable service.
