nice enough staff, but it was too small and cramped to be kept waiting 20mins in a hot room while other people's hair were being blow dried. Maybe consider a small waiting area.
Rose was friendly and approachable but I'm not convinced by her expertise. Ive had the same treatment elsewhere for cheaper and had much better results. It didn't help that the treatment room could have been a lot cleaner.
The business has potential but I think a lot of improvements are required.
Staff were really friendly and nice. My hair took a while to do but i'm very happy with the results.

Haircut OK, not the best I ever had, not the worst either...
I feel like it is misadvertised. The place wasn't at all what I expected it to be.
Ladies' Haircuts
The place is situated very close to Paddington station which is very convenient. The salon is small and cosy with a tattoo artist at the top (who often plays some heavy metal). Amir was my hairdresser and made every effort to accommodate me. There had been some booking glitch which meant that he was doubled book. Needless to say he made it work as I had specified that I need to have my hair done at a particular time in order to catch my train. My hair cut was great, he did exactly what I asked and informed me of what he was doing throughout my appointment. He didn't cut too much :D!! This is something I found with many hairdressers - they just love cutting off all your locks even when you have told them you want to grow it out! He also did my layers well as I have think wavy hair but do not like the layered graduated look. He made sure he didn't cut them too much so they wouldn't bunch up after I wash it and cut enough to ensure my hair wasn't too clunky. Really good experience, I would highly recommend!
Ladies' Haircuts
I normally have no idea what I want for my hair cut and am never brave enough to try something different but Amir was very sweet and reassuring with what he thought I should do and I love my hair cut - not a drastic difference but I really like it and he was very lovely
