I was able to change my original appointment to a desired time by a very polite staff. Amir did my highlights,he was very experienced and professional. Dreadful on every level. Only saving grace is that the staff is nice. I would be happy to pay more to go somewhere else and receive a proper "beauty parkour" standard treatment.
