It was lovely. We didn't get a robe and slippers and had to ask and offered a deposit. They only gave a robe. Then our package included a complimentary glass of fizz. As we were both not able to drink alcohol we asked for a coffee or juice but were told no and we could go out and buy one. It was disappointing not to have a non alcoholic option.
