Very disappointed by my Spa day. No one at reception to welcome me. Tried to find my way and not sure where to go, get a towel and access to changing room. There was a very large and loud group of young ladies. They stay in the jacuzzi for my entire time, I could not access it. There was no space - no chairs left. Could not even seat. Overall, not a good relaxing experience. The pool was nice though, and I could swim but very expensive for just a swimming session.
