First time doing a lymphatic drainage and Marilyn was wonderful. I was injured and not in the best spirits. After an hour with Marilyn I felt more relaxed and motivated to look after myself. I’ll be back soon. Thank you.

I'm not sure you can call this a spa; it's a gym with a small pool, a sauna, a steam room and some treatment rooms attached. It certainly didn't have the relaxing and tranquil environment you'd expect from a spa, but it was pleasant enough. The treatments were absolutely wonderful though and the therapists were polite, professional and welcoming.

Massage was the best part! Not so relaxing spa experience attached to a gym and not enough room for spa guests to relax around pool for couple of hours and no where else to be.
