Great experience and the pool area was great too to relax afterwards. Was a bit tricky to find - the signs outside I don't think mention One Spa, until you get in to the Gym/Spa itself, but there are receptionists in the Circle that were very helpful.

The massage was great I recommend.
I would have preferred the gyms to be visually separated from the spa area.
The hammams and jacuzzi areas are really small unfortunately.
There is a shower that was dirty, with hair on the floor and a shampoo bag
