Too many people, you need to queue to get your place in the jacuzzi or the sauna, would be better with less people.

Great experience, lovely place. Loved the swim and the spa facilities. At times, it was a bit busy/crowded. It would be nice to have a relaxing area indoors as well as it was too cold in the garden.

Everything was great but we felt very rushed our massage was definitely not 25min probably about 15. Staff great facilities great just rushed on the day

Lovely massage. It is £30 extra to use the spa facilities pictured so best to turn up plenty of time ahead of your appointment if you wish to use these facilities.
