Great location - walking distance from London Bridge and South Bank. Staff were friendly but there didn’t seem to be many on duty and were quite busy - as a result, we didn’t get our fizz or teas and it was tricky to find somewhere to relax (there wasn’t a relaxation room to go to after the massage, the only loungers were the 4 by the side of the pool next to a very noisy jacuzzi). Also, the changing rooms had no cubicles and were small for drying and changing. I am definitely used to more space

Good overall but jacuzzi was out of order, floor was very wet and the package went bought was supposed to include 2 glasses of champagne but we didn't get anything.
